Help, I can't login!
If you are having difficulty logging in this is probably because you are entering the wrong email address or password or you have made a typo in entering your login details.

Forgotten Password
If you can't remember your password please use the link beneath the login box to request a password reminder. It's crucial you enter the email address in your profile in order for us to be able to send the password to you via email.

Password Reminder not arrived...?
If you think you are not receiving your password, please check your spam / junk folders as, depending on your email account spam / protection settings, the password may be delivered there.

Most email accounts will allow you to add 'safe' email addresses - it's a good idea to add feedback@castingcallpro.com to your approved email list.

(In hotmail, for example, click on 'Options' (towards the top right right hand corner of the screen), then 'Mail' from the lefthand menu bar, then 'Junk Email Protection', then 'Safe list', type in feedback@castingcallpro.com and click 'Add'.)

I can login... but then I get logged out...?
If you can successfully login but are then logged out when you click on another page this is likely to be to do with your browser's cookie settings. For more information on cookies, please click here.

Changing my password
To change your password to something more memorable and personal please login, click on 'my profile' and then 'contact details'. Scroll down to see your current password then simply type in a new password and click 'Update'. Please remember when choosing a password that you should keep it private at all times and choose something not easily guessed - a combination of letters and numbers is recommended.
